Summer in Europe is always incredible and this year my fiancé Adam and I had the most amazing holiday travelling around soaking up the sun and visiting some phenomenal places, not to mention escaping the winter back at home.
First stop on our month long trip was beautiful Saint-Tropez where we spent our days wandering the streets by the Port shopping at the little boutiques and lunching at Le Club 55, an amazing beach club right on the sand.
Saint-Tropez, France
After a few days in Saint-Tropez we headed to beautiful Provence in the South of France for a few nights of bliss at the family holiday house. Perfect sunny weather, the smell of lavender and fresh food from the markets every day. On our last night we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the incredible Oustau de Baumanière.

The next stop on our European getaway was Mykonos, Greece. This had to be one of my favourite places to visit. We stayed at a great boutique hotel called Bill and Coo which had a pool that lit up and sparkled at night. So beautiful!
Every night there was somewhere fantastic to go for dinner, we especially enjoyed Nobu at the Belvedere Hotel where we dined by the pool and Sea Satin which is located right on the ocean with spectacular views of the sunset. Our favourite spot in Mykonos though has to be Nammos! A super cool restaurant by the beach with delicious food and a great atmosphere where you can also lounge on day beds and swim in the sea with music provided by the DJ playing and as the evening goes on things can get pretty crazy. Lots of fun.
Mykonos, Greece
We now headed to stunning Sanorini, Greece for a few nights to see the world famous sunsets which didn’t disappoint. We had an incredible view of an active volcano right across from our hotel pool at the Cosmopolitan Suites where we spent most days relaxing in the sun. We also visited Perivolos black sand beach.
Santorini, Greece
We headed back to France to visit my favourite city in the world, Paris! Almost every day was filled with shopping and we certainly did some damage at Valentino and Saint Laurent on Rue Saint-Honoré. We had an incredible evening at one of our favourite spots in Paris at Hôtel Costes, put a lock on the Pont des Arts love lock bridge, strolled around the Luxembourg Gardens eating croissants, visited the Louvre and of course we had to visit the Eiffel Tower.
Paris, France
Our next stop was to head to New York City! I had never been to New York before so we spent most of our days walking around Soho, shopping and wandering around Central Park. We went up to the top of the Rockerfeller Centre and even managed to catch a Yankees game.
New York City
The final stop on our absolutely amazing holiday was Southampton, New York. We were in town to see our gorgeous friend Elyse Taylor get married in a beautiful black tie wedding on the family property in Southampton!
